Gotya lets you rip digital packs that each contain one real, professionally graded collectible. Every card is held in a secured, insured vault and is instantly tradable — you can keep it, sell it back to us, trade it on the marketplace, or have the physical item shipped to you.

Each pack contains exactly one graded card drawn from a finite, vaulted inventory. The odds for each value bracket are published and update in real time. Outcomes are based on chance — some cards are worth less than the pack price and a few are worth much more. The expected value of a pack equals its price.

Yes. Odds are shown before you buy and update live as inventory changes. Every pull uses a provably-fair commit-reveal: before purchase we publish a hash of a secret server seed, and after you open we reveal the seed so you can verify the draw was committed in advance and never altered.

Right after you pull a card you get a standing offer to sell it back to us at a percentage of its fair-market value: 90% for graded slabs, and 100% for raw (ungraded) cards — raw cards can't be listed or shipped, so the sell-back is their exit. It is optional and time-limited; if you accept, your wallet is credited instantly and the card returns to inventory.

Marketplace listings have a 0% seller fee. Card payments may carry a small processing surcharge (shown before you confirm). Auctions include a buyer's premium, and redemptions include shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes or duties.

You fund your wallet and pay from your balance. Card top-ups are processed securely by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. Digital-wallet and bank funding are fee-free.

Yes — for graded slabs. Go to Redeem, complete a one-time identity check, enter your shipping address, and pay shipping and any applicable taxes. We ship the slab from the vault and give you a tracking number. Raw (ungraded) cards can't be shipped; you sell those back to Gotya for 100% of their value.

Orders ship within 8–10 business days of your request. You get an e-mail confirmation immediately, another when your order is being packed, and one with the tracking number once it ships. Delivery time after that depends on your local postal service. If you don't see our e-mails, check your spam / junk / promotions folder.

Withdrawals are reviewed and paid within 4–5 business days. The amount is reserved in your wallet while pending. You get an e-mail confirmation when you request it and another the moment it is paid — check your spam / promotions folder if you don't see them.

You can sign up and start ripping straight away. Identity verification is only needed when you redeem a physical card or for certain higher-value flows.

Packs are chance-based, so please treat them as entertainment and play responsibly. You can set spending limits or self-exclude any time in Settings. You must be 18 or older.

Cards are authenticated on intake and stored in a secured, insured vault. When ownership changes, only the record updates — the physical card stays safely in the vault until it is redeemed.
